$40: Host nearly ten advocates connected on Hive’s Slack for a full year, fostering real-time collaboration and support across regions.

Our Plans for 2026
We are building a digital home for farmed animal advocates worldwide.
Our year-round, globally inclusive online hub empowers 4,700+ advocates across 100+ countries to find the people, resources, and support they need to move from first connection to lasting contribution.
In Hive’s 4th year, we’ll be particularly focused on supporting advocates across Asia and Latin America, regions underserved and underfunded by the movement. Our goal is to become–and continue to be–a truly global community.
We will remain focused on Hive Slack as our core program. It creates impact by bringing advocates into the same “virtual room” that nurtures a culture of support and agency, and a focus on effectiveness. To continue to provide value, we’re deepening partnerships across the movement, and more deeply integrating Hive’s own programs.
We’re planning to make the Hive Highlights newsletter the main way people enter the Hive community. This will let us share high-quality information with a much larger audience at minimal cost, while keeping our Slack community focused on close collaboration for our most engaged members.

Your support matters.
At Hive we cannot rely solely on grants. We do not expect to raise enough to fulfill our goals without the support of individual donors. As of November 2025, we need to raise an additional $253,000 in support to cover our 2026 budget gap. This gap accounts for our expected grant funding over 2026.
Factory farming is an enormous global issue, and yet each of us can make a meaningful difference. Likewise, $253,000 is a significant amount, and yet each gift no matter the size, makes a difference to Hive’s ability to help the global movement.
